empty meeting report at user page and grayed out meeting at admin dashboard

Dear experts,

 

We are running into an unusual case that one of the meetings was grayed out when we checked from admin dashboard, when the meeting host wanted to pull the report from her page, it was empty. Other meetings looked fine.

 

What might be the cause behind this? I've been spending a few hours but no luck with it. Any help is really appreciated!

Dear friends,

Our user reported that the issue has been gone and she's able to download the report now. I noticed that the meeting in problem lasted over 3.5 hours, maybe it took longer than others to complete by Zoom server? 🙂
