downloaded recording out of sync

Hi there, My recorded meeting looks and sounds fine on the cloud, but once downloaded the audio is out of sync. Solutions anyone?

    Hi @arieldov 

     

    There are several possible reasons why this happens though it is usually associated with networks strength/connectivity issues. Another possible reason would be using an out-of-date program/application.

    If you're joining a meeting through the Zoom application:
    1. Uninstall the Zoom application.
    2. Reboot the device.
    3. Reinstall Zoom application > https://zoom.us/download
    4. Try recording a meeting and check to see if it is now working.
