When I'm on a group zoom and the host plays and shares music, the music is distorted and bad on my computer.  But everyone else hears it correctly.

I tried Zoom tech support and I verifiied every zoom audio setting -- without success.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can hear music someone shares correctly on my Windows PC???

Thanks.

hi @richard44 ,

Zoom, by default, will remove all background noise.

Music is seen as background noise.

You have to change your settings to music in the audio

Have a look at the audio settings and look at the music options

all the best
