I am running Zoom 6.3 on a desktop Mac with Sequoia 15.2, but I've had this problem for a year after an update a long while back. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but that does not work.
On my dashboard:
1. Schedule is greyed out and the button does not work
2. New Meeting looks fine but does nothing (the sub-button "start video" and "use my personal ID" are there)
The menu items (Schedule and Start) are greyed out. I can only start or schedule a meeting by going to the Zoom.us browser page.
Join and Share Screen are fine.
Any ideas? Thanks, all!
