Hi, what did you end up doing to resolve this? I am having the same issue and I do not have a connection problem. I have uninstalled & re-installed zoom, checked system preference settings etc but still saying 'connection issues'
I had to have my IT uninstall and reinstall and update. Once they did they it worked. I asked if they did anything else, and they said no. Sorry I don't have anything more helpful.
Same here - no connection to network despite being able to log into account on desktop. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, and rebooted computer.. no success. Anyone figured this out?
