I received a recording from a meeting but can not open it because it says I have to enable the cloud recorder which i do not have because I have the basic package.  any suggestions on getting this recording?

    Were you the host of this meeting, or just provided a link to someone else's cloud recording?

    I am having the same issue. I am not the host, I just received the link from the host. How can I view this recording? This is a church session, that has been recorded. Please advise.
