I've enabled the auto transcript a while ago, but idk why it got disabled itself, and I didn't realise that until I was looking for the transcript after the meeting ended. My cloud recording now do not have the auto transcript available, even though I've re-enabled the auto transcript in settings - is there any way that I could auto-generate/request the transcript after the recording is done?

Hello @Wong28 ,
Zoom cannot go back and transcribe an old recording. You need to make sure that transcription option is enabled in your settings before you start your meeting and record it.
For old recordings, you can download them and google for other services that may be able to transcribe it for you.
