change zoom user name

i have my EDU account that have zoom licenced with SSO but before this licenced version i create zoom basic account and then type a zoom username that is displayed but now i want to change it . it is locked and gave me error

"Edit is disabled because this field is synced from SAML mapping every time the user signs in with SSO".

is there is any solution to change that name

you can go to zoom settings and change your name

Hi @khaleeq11

If you are getting that error, your account admins have locked you from changing your name on your profile. You will need to contact your IT dept regarding that change.

no it is the name that shows in my zoom meeting

If you are in a zoom meeting, can't you just click on the name and change it - I know I have done that in a meeting before

I have installed the zoom in my mobile phone. Whenever I Joined the meeting, It wil turned off automatically after sometime. Please tell me what is the problem or something wrong in the setting sections?
