captions URL

Hi, I have a pro account and so should be able to retrieve a captions URL several days in adavnce of a Zoom meeting and send it to a 3rd party captioner. How do I find the Captions URL ahead of the meeting starting?

That link only tells you have to get the Captions URL once your meetgin has started. How do I get it before a meeting has started?

I don't have much personal experience with this so I hope someone else chimes in, but  believe that you schedule the meeting as usual. Let's say for next week or whatever.

You then start the meeting now and copy the Captions URL. End the meeting. Share the URL with the third party captioning company for the real time captioning.

I would also recommend reaching out to the company that you are working with to see what their workflow process is as I have seen some different approaches and requirements. They should be able to guide you.
