I am setup so that people joining my zoom sessions just click on a single link (I just copied this across from when I used a simpler version of zoom in the past), they dont need to enter a meeting ID or passcode. Usually this is fine, but sometimes users say they need to enter a meetingID (that part is no problem) and a passcode. I cannot find this passcode (which stays the same for all these meetings) on my zoom account pages - where do I look?

Are you using a personal meeting ID?
In addition to the previous method, the following methods can be used to check.
You can find the passcode for your Personal Meeting ID in Settings > Meetings > Security > Require a passcode for Personal Meeting ID (PMI)

Hi, @KarenOnZoom
I would like to help you.
Information about a meeting that has ended will no longer be viewable from your Zoom account page after a certain period of time.
The meeting URL itself is valid for a certain period of time since it was last used, so the meeting itself can still be held.
The passcode allows you to start that meeting and view the meeting information.

Dear Ohkawa,
Thanks for your reply. However it appears that my question was not clear, I will try to state again more clearly:
For most of the zoom meetings that I host, I just give clients a hyperlink that allows them to enter my session with one click (they dont have to enter a meeting ID or passcode). I have used this exact same hyperlink for multiple sessions over the last few years.
I have kept this link since before I purchased Zoompro about a year ago ( I previously used the free version of zoom).
I assume this link must relate to my personal meeting ID and a standard passcode.
However I cannot work out how to find the passcode, in case someone needs to enter the meeting ID and passcode manually, instead of clicking on the single link.
Please advise.
If it is helpful, I can send you the weblink to test, but I don't want to do that on the public forum.
Also can you please clarify: are you a zoom staff member, or a public member of the forum?
Warm regards,
Karen
