Screen is frozen. What do I do?  I don't know how to uninstall and reinstall.

Hey @Mintie, depending on your operating system, you can check out the KB article on How to uninstall Zoom. After uninstalling, you can reinstall zoom at zoom.us/download! After following those troubleshooting steps, if this resolved your problem please click Accept as Solution!
