can't turn off the timestamp?

I hope someone can help with this annoying problem. I have UNCHECKED "add a timestamp to the meeting". Yet when I get the transcript back there is a timestamp for every two seconds of the meeting. How do I disable these timestamps?? I tried to look it up in zoom help, nothing of course.

I have the same problem. It has started showing up on my recordings even though I have not checked the box "add a timestamp to the recording." Anyone else struggling with this?
