can't share my screen/ zoom is not connected to my downloads.... it

hi...

I would like to share my screen and to share download-pics.... but nothing is happening...

if I press the button "share"... only a window pops up and says I should check "system-settings"... and nothing is happening, when I press the button.... also I can't find any system settings anywhere....

what do I need to do?

On my iPhone it works fine.... but not on my laptop (MacBook Air)....

 

any help?

    You may need to add permission to Zoom on your Mac; you can check out this article on how to do so.

    unfortunatly it didn’t work 😞

     

    I checked everything- seems fine.

     

    still I can’t get an access when I’m trying to share my desktop or a file….

     

    i don’t know what to do 😞

    Thank you for the response. If it is still not working, we would advise to update your device driver and Zoom app. You may check out this article for additional steps with troubleshooting screen sharing.
