can't see the meetings in zoom and can only login with google?

I have a question about our account. We have a pro account with one liscenced user. the liscensed user can only log into zoom through google, not using a username and passowrd. I can log into the account with my email and password login, but I cannot see any of the meetings she creates in the account. We are wondering why this is? We checked the account number and it is the same so we know this is the same account we are both logging into. Also, we are wondering why she can only login with google and not email and password? Any light you can shed would be helpful. Thanks!
