Hi, I can't access my recording, I've gone into the documents folder, double-clicked to convert, but nothing happens.

Please log out from your Zoom app and then restart your machine. Sign in to Zoom App after rebooting.

Then manually convert the local recording, kindly follow the following steps below:

1. Locate the temporary recording files that need to be converted. These files would have the ZOOM file extension (i.e., double_click_to_convert01.zoom and double_click_to_convert02.zoom)

2. Create a backup of these files by copying them to a different folder/location

3. Create/start a meeting

4. Record the meeting for at least 1-2 minutes (no need to turn on the video)

5. End/stop the recording

6. Navigate to the folder for today where the temporary recording files were saved:

Windows: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Zoom

Mac: /Users/<username>/Documents/Zoom/

Linux: home/[Username]/Documents/Zoom

7. Delete all the files inside the folder

8. Copy/move the temporary recording files you have backed up earlier to the folder created today for the meeting

9. End/close the meeting, which should trigger the conversion

10. Check the folder and see if the recording was converted

We hope this helps, but please feel free to let us know if you have additional questions.
