can i get a 2nd dedicated personal meeting ID on my account?

I have been using my phone number as personal ID for standing Meetings / wkly/daily team calls etc. for over 8 years now.  I am starting to do some one on one personal meetings that I would like have a different dedicated number for so as not to have any unintended interruptions from usual traffic on my number. 

Is there a way to do this without augmenting my basic business plan that I have had for over 8 years.

Suggest creating a recurring meeting with no fixed time. For security reasons a passcode will be required which can be a number or text with no spaces.
