camera glitch

Since i updated my zoom, my video has a glitch it will start of okay then the video will show a split screen with another persons image on my picture, then different colours will appear on top of my video. I have to keep turning my camera on and off throughout my meeting. 

 

does any one have a solution and also experience this problem since updating their zoom.

Hi @angie7! Can you please share the version you are currently running in which you're facing these issues? I would suggest Upgrading Zoom to the latest version and seeing if that resolves your issue. A couple of previous Zoom versions ago there was camera wonkiness fixes with the latest update of Zoom. After updating, please let me know if that helps!

I have the same issue.  Zoom is set to automatically update and I don't see where you can even tell what version you are using.
