Minha aluna não conseguiu acessar minha aula no zoom ....a internet está ótima, e a versão está atualizada. Versão do Zoom ... 6.5.3..31278. A parecer o código de erro 104103.

I understand that you observed a great internet connection, but something happened in the school network with your students and the platform, as error code 104103 only shows because: "Zoom Error Code 104103 indicates a problem connecting to Zoom servers, often due to internet connectivity issues, firewall or proxy settings, or outdated Zoom application versions. To resolve this error, you should check your internet connection, update the Zoom application to the latest version, clear application data and cache, and configure or temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus software."
This article tells you more about what to say to your Network Administrator regarding the problem. We recommend that you reach out to the Network Admin for your school and discuss this issue. They may be aware of a firewall or security setting change that caused this issue.
Additionally, this forum is for the Contact Center product, but posting under the user group and industry of "education" may give you access to other educators like yourself that have a similar issue with their set-up.
