breakout rooms - avoiding co-host being placed in one

I would like to assign attendees to breakout rooms but not my cohost, any advice welcome.  

Also how to share a powerpoint slide that attendees can view from the breakout rooms

I presume that there is no solution to this, which seems odd, given that if there is a co-host, you would think it is a common problem.  

Also odd that Zoom do not have any staff helping respond to this forum.  Is there anyone there, Zoom??!

Maybe it's to push people to pay for a higher level of customer support, which seems a bit mean!
