breakout room pre-assign not available in Admin Settings

A friend and I have the same level of zoom account. When we schedule a meeting, in my account under the "Options" listing, I have the 'Breakout Room pre-assign' option listed. In his account, the "Options" listing is missing the 'Breakout Room pre-assign' option. We went over the Settings comparing our accounts and cannot see what would cause his account to be missing that option.

 

Any suggestions on where to look?

No answer yet. It seems strange that the option works on some accounts and not on others.

Just had the exact same problem - two accounts, two different setting visibilities.

 

Under "Settings" > "Meeting" > "Breakout room - Meetings" I found different configurations, and aligning those has enabled the missing "Breakout Room pre-assign" setting. Untested, but I suspect it was the first "Assign participants to breakout rooms when scheduling" that specifically needed enabling.
