blank screen when share portion of screen

Hi, 

I have problem where when i do a zoom meeting and need share portion of screen, it came out blank screen. i already uninstall and install it again, update, clear cache and cookies also nothing happen. 

Could you help me with it?

Hi,
Could you try enabling the TCP connection option for screen sharing

On your desktop app, navigate to home > settings > Share screen > advanced > "Use TCP connection for screen sharing"
