I have set my background for no blur but it still blurs. How can I eliminate any filter so you can see me and the actual background? I do not want any special effects.

Hi @lynn68 👋 If you haven't done so already, can you try the following steps?

  1. Open the Zoom app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Backgrounds & Effects
  4. Choose None to remove any background effect.
