audio issues with noise reduction

Hi everybody.
we started using zoom during covid and since we have no problems with the audio for musicians.
In the last few weeks, our guests in the room complain about poor music quality... and it seems to be a problem with the noise reduction filter that we are totally unable to solve: When there is no voice over the piano, the sound of the piano is totally canceled. We have checked all the settings and tested every combination, but the problem is still there, as if the button "audio for musicians" is not working at all.
We are working on a silicon m2 mac, but the problem is also on another windows 10 computer.
Can someone help us, please?

I've had this issue with a couple of students recently. I can hear them talk, but no sound, or very little, from the saxophone. Have you found a solution? I thought maybe just to download the latest update.
