I am getting this message, "You are sold to a country that is ineligible for this currency," while trying to purchase an addon. How do I fix this?

I am trying to purchase an addon, and it is urgent for a meeting to happen in the next 12 hours. Please help.

I tried to change the billing settings to INR but it doesn't work
