To let people automatically join a Zoom meeting without needing to be admitted from the Waiting Room or requiring manual approval, follow these steps: but this is not recommended for the security of your meetings from uninvited participants.

You may customize your meetings settings on your web portal.

1. Disable the Waiting Room

2.Don’t Require Registration or Authentication

3.Enable "Join before host" (Optional)
