adding poll to admin template , or converting Meeting template to admin level

hi , im trying to create meetings via zoom api 

according to this topic i can only use admin level templates when creating meeting via api

the problem is we need to add a poll to our template , and there is no option to add poll to admin templates (at least i cant see)

in the website we can create a meeting , add a poll to the meeting and save it as template ... but that would be a user level template 

so is there any way to add poll to admin templates ? if not is there a an option to convert user level templates to admin level ?  other suggestion ?

I 2nd this request/question!!  Any way to convert a user level template (that has my poll pre-filled) to an Admin level template so I don't have to "re-create the wheel"???
