account disabled

last week I deleted ALL saved recordings; ALL, from inbox and trash. However, I received an email last night stating my account was disabled due to the cloud was full. I don't understand.  items appeared again and again. It's frustrating as I am attempting to delete again and it's stating that there is an error and cannot delete. "

    my account is not eligible to live support and have to go through this method, when. trying to read support it kicks me out.
