Wenn ich in einem Zoommeeting meine Kamera verwende schliesst sich das Zoomfenster nach ca. 30 Sekunden von selbst ohne Fehlermeldung, was kann dafür die Ursache sein?

Eine Neuinstallation habe ich bereits durchgeführt.
