I have a zoom account. Since yesterday i get info 'Unauthorized sender address'

What can I do?

Hi, @Cornelia2,

 

I'll need more information:

  • Is this a Basic (free) account or a Licensed (paid: Pro, Business, etc.) account?
  • What type of computer and operating system are you using?
  • What Zoom client version is installed?
  • How are you sending the invitation?
    • Copied/pasted the Zoom Invitation into an Email
    • Having Zoom send invitation from the Registration options menu
    • Sending invitations with Google or Outlook plug-in
    • Something else... please describe
  • If you can provide a screen shot of the error message with some context around it (without capturing any personal information), that would be helpful.

With most of that information, I might be able to help.
