I am having the same issue.

This began after uninstalling MS Office 2016 and installing M365 Apps for Business.

Reinstalling Visual C++ had no effect.

Hello, we are having a similar issue after uninstalling MS Office 2016 and installing M365 Apps. We do not notice any functional issues, but it is annoying and pop-up often, even in the middle of a meeting. 

"The procedure entry point _std_tzdb_get_time_zones could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office 16\mso.dll"  

Any help with resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated.

For me, it turned out to be Integration settings you adjust via the Zoom website via My Account, Settings, Mail and Calendar.

Same here and I don't know why.
