Even though I set up meetings to record video and audio, when I ran tests, Zoom would only record the audio. Help!

We need more info about your situation. Are you recording to the cloud or locally? If recording to the cloud, can you provide a screenshot of your cloud recording settings?

I am a real newbie on Zoom, even though I've joined several meetings. On those meetings, I can't be seen or heard, though I haven't done anything to prevent it. I can add a comment on the chat bar. Is this a problem with my Lenovo computer? On the setup, Zoom message was "can't find a camera."
