Hi All,
We build a VDI environment and its not meet customer expectations.
Our environment:
Horizon View : 2103
Zoom : 5.5.10(20625)
And we do the bandwidth test between 1~2 Mbps
Does there have any solution or optimization can help us reduce the bandwidth below 0.5 Mbps?

Hi zn718293,
To reduce how much bandwidth the client has available, you can use our mass deployment options: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362163-Mass-Installation-and-Configuration-for-Windows
We have MSI and GPO settings to limit the bandwidth, both up and download.

To verify, are you using the Zoom Media Plugin for VDI? That would offload the media traffic from the VDI connection.
