Zoom was stopping after 40 minutes

I have made an upgrade to Pro to have more then 40 minutes.

But today it was not working, after 40 minutes it was dark and everyone was out of the meeting.

What can I do?

    Hey elpa,

     

    so sorry to hear about that! Sounds to me like the Upgrade to Pro has not been completed. Would you be able to check under your Account Profile tab and verify the Plan you are on (should say Basic or Pro). If it's Basic you are restricted to the 40min time cap, if it says Pro there should be no time cap.

    Hi Dana, it's strange, it says on my plans that I have pro, but on my screen it's Basic. Last week it was working with the longer meeting, today not - no idea what's going on.
