Zoom virtual camera unable to work on Microsoft WVD (or AVD)

HI all,

 

Has anyone been able to launch Zoom meetings successfully with local devices' cameras on WVD (or AVD)?

 

We have an environment up and running and we have tested it with MS Teams, the virtual camera is working, as well as the voice option.

However, when I tried to launch a Zoom meeting with Video, the result I got was a grey color screen on the test camera / preview screen. Audio relaying works.

 

Any input welcome. Thanks.

    bump... We have the exact same issue. Camera works in every app except Zoom. We are using WVD and AVD. Works with Teams. Zoom the Mic works but grey screen for Camera
