Zoom video flashing green

My Zoom video is flashing green for myself and attendees.

 

I reinstalled Zoom; under “Video> Advanced” I unchecked “Optimize quality of the video | send with de-noise”; I unchecked “Sending video” under “Use hardware acceleration for…”.

 

The flashing green of my video persists and is very distracting to all.

 

Please advise.
