Zoom video file does not convert in Linux

I need to convert zoom file to mp4. I run the conversion procedure for the interrupted meeting recording, but nothing happens (see attachment).

 

OS: Linux Mint 20.3
Zoom: 5.11.10 (4400)

 

Could you help me?

Hey there! It looks like it’s just stuck there with 0%. Can you try these steps see if it helps out:
 
  1. Sign out of Zoom both from the web and desktop application
  2. Restart the machine (Not shutdown)
  3. Once restarted, sign back into the Zoom app and try to convert the recording manualy again.
 
If it doesn’t work our next best action is to create a Support ticket >> https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
