Zoom screen - How to resize so that speaker notes in Google sheets are more visible below

I am struggling to find a tech set-up with which I am comfortable. In case it matters, my virtual training is being hosted on my client's Zoom account.

I need to be able to see the Zoom workplace screen with and without Powerpoint slides, in addition to Google sheets which has my speaker notes. At present, the Zoom screen takes up 75% of my screen, with Google sheets taking up 25% at the bottom. I would like the ratio to be 50/50 (or so) so  I can preview my notes ahead of time by seeing more lines in my Google sheet.

Here is what my screen looks like now: https://app.screencast.com/RcKyPyNAR2C6x

I would have uploaded the screenshot, but I don't see that option.

I have dragged the bottom edge of the Zoom screen up as much as I can. This is on my own Zoom account, not my client's Zoom account. (I'm not sure if that matters or not.)

Is there anything I can do to more effectively use the screen 'real estate' so I can see more of my speaker notes below the Zoom screen?

Note: I have dual screens set up, but I have decided one screen with everything on it, is visually better with a webcam/audience.

Thank you in advance!

Paula

It is best to take advantage of the dual screen real estate if you want to see gallery mode. Otherwise, just minimize the Zoom window. You can also pop-out the participant list and the chat windows and move them to the second screen.

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Personally, my system has 1 65", 2 x 27", and 1 x 24" (touch) screens. For Sunday Zoom meetings I utilize ALL this screen real estate to run a Zoom meetings while monitoring 2 other Zoom meetings using remote desktop where each meeting is in a different facility. I also have windows open to remotely control projectors and AV distribution within 1 of those facilities.

Thank you for your help! I figured out where the pout feature is located in each of those functions.
