Zoom scheduled meeting is showing 1 hour forward in outlook and the Zoom application

Users in the organization is scheduling Zoom meetings but the Zoom application is showing 1 hour forward for the scheduled meeting. These meetings are scheduled during the end of daylight savings, user wants it to show the actual scheduled timing to avoid confusion.
