I have been often opening zoom link of recordings shared by others but now it's giving me error "The media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported "  Please guide me as how to troubleshoot this error on "OppoA53" Android phone.

I have checked earlier query on this but it's with Mac and not OppoA53.

 

Please guide. Thanks in anticipation.
