I have a user who uses Gong for zoom recordings. For some reason they are going to Gong instead of zoom cloud. I thought it would go to both. Any idea why is this happening?

Sorry I don’t have the answer, but have you asked Gong support this question?
As the developer of the third party application they should have insight.

From the Gong support site:
Typically, native Zoom recording does take up Zoom storage space. However, with Gong, we give you the option to automatically delete the recordings from Zoom after Gong retrieves them. Make sure the Delete recordings from Zoom once they are retrieved by Gong toggle is set to ON in the Zoom integration page.
