I am able to access my Zoom meetings with no problem when I use the integrated microphone, speakers, and camera on my Dell computer.
Once I plug in any kind of headset (whether it is earbuds or my Bluetooth headset) or my logi camera my Zoom will NOT load and continues to freeze and say "not responding". I am not sure what else to do. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and also the drivers for my headset and camera.
Thanks for the help.

Hey @tamika_lang, are you having issues using your external headset and camera in other applications?
Is this recognizable as a device on your Dell and are you able to use the external camera with the 'camera' app on Windows if you don't have any other applications?
Have you tried using any other external camera or mic with Zoom to see if it's the camera and headset you're using?
You can also try going to zoom.us/test and test your inputs there as well if the client isn't working properly for you.
