Zoom pro account works on iPhone, doesn't work on new iPad

(asking on behalf of a family member)

Situation--normally uses Zoom on iPhone, purchased Zoom Pro which allows for longer than 40 minute meetings on iPhone as expected.

Recently purchased an iPad, installed Zoom client and logged in, but from iPad it still has the 40 minute time limit.

Is there anything required to allow this on the new device?

Thanks so much!

@ceclauson - They should be able to use the same account for their iPhone and their iPad (and any other supported OS).  Are they getting an error when they try to sign in?  When they look at their profile (under the More menu), do they see their email they signed in with?
