Zoom plugin installed online but the icons never show up

Recently the online version of Microsoft Outlook has been updated to the "new" version of Outlook. I believe this may be related to the problem we are having.

We've tested multiple users, and they can not see the zoom icon when scheduling a meeting using the online version of Outlook. We can add and remove the "Zoom for Outlook" add-in from the "Get Add-ins" button but it does nothing. At no point will zoom be available to use in the Outlook 365 web version when creating new "events."
