Zoom plugin for Elgato - Problem if you used the old Zoom Plugin

Dear All,

 

The new Zoom plugin for Elgato Streamdeck is released as Version 1.0.xxxxx

 

If you are using the old Zoom Plugin, not by Zoom. You can expect problems because the two plugins then try to be called Zoom.

 

Please uninstall the old Zoom plugin before you install the new Zoom Plugin.

 

It is still an amaxing Application

    Hi,

     

    I just tried to install the new Zoom plug-in through the Elgato Marketplace to use on the Stream Deck. I have the most current versions of all applications (Zoom, Zoom plug-in, and Stream Deck). I can see the Zoom plug-in in the Stream Deck app. It is not working. When I press on the buttons to engage an action in Zoom, I get a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the center. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the application. I have changed settings on my Mac to allow access. I am not sure what to do at this point. Do you have any suggestions?

      Were you able to get this figured out?
      I'm still getting the yellow triangle. Latest plugin, Latest streamdeck software...Latest zoom. 
      Nothing.

        I experience this repeatedly. The zoom plugin controls work on Stream Deck one day, and then don't work the next. Everything is up-to-date, permissions are set, I've tried all the troubleshooting tips repeatedly, including wiping out all the files on my Mac before reinstalling. It's erratic and annoying because it's unpredictable and thus unreliable.

          zoom screen share button fails with yellow triangle 24th Nov. it functions to end the screen sharing once started with 3x mouse clicks!

          Totally unreliable Plugin!!!
