Zoom participants freezing or no video
I host a twice weekly Zoom meeting, for the last month, participants can join with video and audio but after a few minutes, their video freezes and eventually goes blank. I have full wi-fi signal as does my participants. I have gone into the advanced video settings and have unchecked receiving video under hardware acceleration and nothing has fixed the issue. My participants can join a different Zoom meeting created from a friend of mine’s account with no video issues so I believe the problem is on my end but I cannot figure out where to look. Please help!
