Zoom participants freezing or no video

I host a twice weekly Zoom meeting, for the last month, participants can join with video and audio but after a few minutes, their video freezes and eventually goes blank.  I have full wi-fi signal as does my participants.  I have gone into the advanced video settings and have unchecked receiving video under hardware acceleration and nothing has fixed the issue.  My participants can join a different Zoom meeting created from a friend of mine’s account with no video issues so I believe the problem is on my end but I cannot figure out where to look.  Please help!

    I would start by not relying on Wi-Fi. Plug into an Ethernet connection and see if that helps.

    My participant kept freezing because her battery was running down.  The problem was solved soon after she plugged in her lead
