Zoom only allowing users to see a month's worth of meetings at a time

Hi,

We have just logged into Zoom and noticed that we can no longer see all of our scheduled meetings at once. Instead, we have to enter a date range and only a month at a time can be selected. This is really unhelpful as we schedule numerous meetings months in advance and can often not remember the exact date so being able to scroll through all of our meetings is useful. Making us have to search through our meetings a month at a time takes what used to be  a two minute task and turned it into one that can take ages, and also because this "new feature" is not widely known, we are getting bombarded with other users panicking because they think their meetings have been lost.

Is there any way to turn this terrible feature off and go back to being able to see all of our meetings?

Thank you!

If I could just set manually set the ends of the date search to “today” and “several years in the future,” that’d be great.

While I can still create future dates and find then, it is a meaningful burden.

What could possibly be the business justification for this change?  Users seem universal in their hatred, and it had to cost Zoom resources to effectuate the change, so I’m baffled.

Happy to find out that my experience today was not a sign that my hardware was no longer performing.  Sad to find out this wasn’t just a “reboot” fix.

Is anyone home at zoom??. You think they'd have someone monitoring these forums. I'd give them 0 out of 10 for customer service.

This is a horrible change to the user interface. Please put it back to being able to scroll through all scheduled meetings. I use meeting links in other communication that we sent out, and this change means that I can now only plan and schedule these communications three months in advance. What a pain in the butt that is!! So much for me ending off the year fully set and ready to go for the next one. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!

YES!  What is the purpose of this feature of only seeing one month's worth of your meeting and adding additional steps to see the rest?  And I agree with the one comment here.  It took me and an IT person to figure this out because it seems like this feature just suddenly appeared out of nowhere.   What's worse,  when I checked a few days later the meetings I already scheduled disappeared.  Fortunately, I didn't send the invites yet.  I usually don't have time to post comments but I had to do this one because this add on is so backwards.  Sigh!  I hope they do something about this or they will get a lot of negative comments.  It looks like there's quite a bit here already.

Oh wow, so this thread and the so-called fixes happened last year.  We are now in July 2025 and Zoom hasn't figured out that this has been really annoying a lot of its users?  PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

It might be too late to help, but I just figured out how to do it! Click on the Calendar tab at the top of the Zoom window and in the upper left column is a miniature calendar. If you click on the next month in this mini-calendar, it shows all the meetings scheduled during that month in the main/right window. I have a screenshot but cannot see any way to upload it. I hope this helps.

I appreciate you wanting to help, but it hasn't resolved the issue. Zoom will only show three months of meetings at a time. In the past, if a recurring meeting was scheduled, and say you scheduled 24 meetings, it would show "1 of 24" or "2 of 24", and so on. It was an easy way to track and see how many meetings had been held and, if as the last meeting approached you could easily go in and extend the recurring meetings if needed. Now, if you miss extending it before the last meeting, you have to start all over with a new recurring meeting and and send out a new Zoom link. For those of us that have many recurring meetings a month, it's just more difficult to manage since they made this change. For some reason, the tech bros think they know best than the actually people who manage many schedules and meetings on a daily basis. I still don't get their logic in doing this. I don't need to see all the meetings I've scheduled, but if would be nice to have the "1 of 24" (meetings) designation like there was in the past.

Looking same issue, Right now there isn’t a way to switch back — Zoom made it so meetings only show by month. The only workaround is using the search/date range filters or exporting the schedule to a calendar app where you can see everything at once. Hopefully Zoom reconsiders since you’re not the only one asking for the old view back.

This post has been deleted.

I don't believe anyone has stated it is a bug, that is, an unintended effect of the designers.

Can I reiterate that you're saying, Zoom's active decision to make this more challenging can be overcome using four lengthy or cumbersome workarounds instead of just making the view of one month at a time an optional setting?
