I have a user that's been having ongoing issues with Zoom while they're hosting a meeting. Also occurs when attending a meeting. He is often hosting meetings with 50-80 people and looks quite unprofessional having himself drop out of a meeting half way through. This isn't an issue on his Intel powered laptop, only an issue on his Surface Laptop 7 with a Snapdragon X Elite processor. Doesn't matter if he's presenting or not. It stopped for a few months after reimaging his system, but keeps cropping up again and again.
Have tried:
Using only the Zoom Workspace (ARM) installation
Turning off Hardware Acceleration
Reimaging the system with the specific ISO provided by Microsoft for Surface Laptop 7
Updating all drivers and Windows updates
Have tried different combinations of rendering method, post processing, and capturing.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or know of any fixes that may help?
