Zoom not supporting Virtual Background on new RYZEN Desktp & Celeron Laptop

I am beyond distressed that Zoom will not support VB on my new Windows 11 RYZEN Desktop or Windows 11 Intel Celeron.   It worked fine on a 10 year old HP All in One with Windows 8.1.    Zoom claims it's not their problem.

I stronlgly disagree and DO NOT understand.
