Zoom microphone going in and out

Good morning, I am having issues with my microphone on my Lenovo Flex 7. The microphone is going in and out, and users have said that they can hear me great and then my voice gets very quiet. I have tried numerous strategies from updating my computer, turning audio enhancements off, etc. and nothing has fixed the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated!

you most often get this when you are too far away from the microphone, or the background noise is high and zoom is having trouble to sort out what sounds and you and what sounds the background.

In Zoom settings you can test your audio in the audio section to see what you sound like
