Zoom meetings and google calendar

Hello everyone,

I get zoom meetings automatically created from a form in my website.

How to get those meetings to automatically appear in my google calendar?

All I have found works the other way, you create the meeting in your calendar and it appears in zoom, but I need it to work in the other direction.

Thanks

Hi yulema, welcome to Zoom Community.

It is necessary that you integrate Zoom with your calendar system. If you had already done so, I can recommend doing an update in your Zoom desktop application and again performing the integration from your zoom.us portal in the Profile. I attach a screenshot and share a link:

Sorry for the many replies.
I noticed that now the meeting goes to my calendar which is perfect, but I'm not getting any emails about it, can I add that besides getting it in the calendar.
I also noticed that I was able to create a second meeting at the same time my Meeting 1 was schedules and nothing popped up as a time conflict... is there a way to fix that?

The calendar integration will sync with your calendar using the APIs it won't send you an email with each calendar invitation to your inbox. You can set up a webhook to send an ics email every time someone fills out the form on your website. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send calendar invites for your Zoom meetings to your email inbox.

Hi Yulema.

Sorry for my delay in responding.
When you create a Zoom meeting, you don't receive an email notification to let you know that you've created a meeting, but you will receive an email notification each time someone accepts your Zoom meeting invitation. As you have already seen, the meeting immediately appears on your calendar.

You can download the desktop application at this link:
